Label-Based Verification, Tracking and Tracing Platform

Follow your product from production to the consumer.

We produce your label and every product carries its own number. You see where it goes in real time, and your consumer confirms it is genuine.

Everything changes once there is a record behind the label.

A label on the packaging makes your product traceable once there is a record behind it. Today most manufacturers have yet to build three links of that record.

Labels are not accounted for

The gap between labels printed and labels applied goes unmeasured. Surplus labels become the easiest source for counterfeit production.

Once dispatched, where the product goes and who holds it cannot be followed.

Nothing to show

When a buyer or auditor asks about origin, there is no chain of documents at hand.

Follow your product's journey from one screen.

From the moment the label goes on to the moment a consumer scans it, every step is recorded. You see which batch it came from, who received it and where it was scanned — all in one place.

Setup is completed in four steps.

Setup happens once; after that the flow follows the pace of your line.

01

Product definition

You decide which product is traced at which level.

02

Label production

Labels are printed and delivered by roll.

03

Application

The label is applied and the case and pallet relationship is established.

04

Field tracking

Dispatch, delivery and scans all land in the same record.

One contact, an end-to-end solution.

From the label to the software, the process runs from one place.

The label is ours

We produce and deliver your label. No separate printer to manage, no two sides to tie together.

We work across eight industries, from pharmaceuticals to textiles. We know your obligations and what your buyers expect.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between a shared code and serialisation?+

With a shared code, one code is applied per batch and consumer verification is provided. With serialisation, every unit gets a number of its own, and when a problem arises the scope can be narrowed to a single unit.

Do our existing systems need to change?+

No. Tagvex is not a warehouse management system and does not replace your setup. It runs alongside it.

Is additional hardware investment required?+

No. Label production and delivery are handled by us; scanning can be done with mobile devices.

Is only QR supported?+

No. The same code can be carried on QR, DataMatrix, NFC and RFID.

What does the consumer see?+

Scanning the code opens a page that belongs to your brand: product information, production and expiry dates, content declaration.

How is suspicious activity identified?+

The system looks at behavioural patterns rather than a single scan. The same code scanned in two distant places within a short time, or seen in a country you never shipped to, counts as a signal.
